The NobelGuide™ concept from Nobel Biocare opens up a wide range of opportunities and levels for you to carry out safe, predictable, minimally-invasive implant placement. You make treatment planning on a stone model from which a Surgical Guide is produced by us like you see here in the picture. It will give you a more controlled surgery and offers more confidence during surgery. The temporary prosthesis can be pre-made by our lab since the exact location of the implants is known prior to surgery. The case is planned in a computer based on CT scan data, offering a more precise picture of anatomy when placing implants compared to model-based planning. The screw-retained, permanent prosthesis is attached in the same surgery session. This is enabled since the exact location of the implants is known prior to surgery combined with the new guided abutment.
